Concept studies and visualization for a series of spaces of varying programs and sizes within one of New York City’s largest industrial developments currently in the process of rehabilitation and reuse.
Spaces range from smaller 1,000sq.ft studios, to multi-story contiguous spaces at 26,000sq.ft per floor plate. The development will attract a diverse mix of tenants from “makers” and smaller start-ups, to light industrial to high end tech offices.
